It is now generally recognised that long-term weight loss is achieved through a balance of diet and exercise. At lifedynamic our Personal Trainer can work with you to build up a regular exercise programme over a period of time to help you build a fitness habit and our Nutritional Therapist can work with you on a diet that is realistic and achievable.
An initial consultation with the Personal Trainer will establish physical and psychological constraints, Body Mass Index, fat%, Blood Pressure, waist to hip ratio, muscle measurements, peak flow, postural problems.

The Personal Trainer will also prepare the patient mentally before embarking on the program. The course itself will incorporate 2, 45 minute sessions with the Personal Trainer each week for 12 weeks. Participants will need to do at least 30 mins exercise every day, outside of the sessions with the Personal Trainer.
